It did so through a note so that the Extraordinary Judicial Fair ordered by Decision 6/2020 and its successive extensions could proceed immediately, raising the urgent need for the return of the activity of the Courts for all files initiated or to be initiated, ordering the prosecution of the pending cases in their entirety, with absolute freedom to initiate and substantiate cases of all kinds and in any instance. In this context, the activity could work subject to the implementation of the sanitary protocols that the High Court establishes, guaranteeing in all cases the organization of shifts, the working and transfer modes that seek the necessary distance and hygiene measures to decrease the risk of contagion of the Covid-19, preserving the health of the workers who work in each court and that of the lawyers who attend.
